SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

How long will it take for my order to be shipped out to me?

Orders will be processed in 24 hours (during business days) and shipped within 3-4 days. 

 

Once the gallery receives the order and adds the shipping expense you will receive an email with the updated today, shipping confirmation and tracking number. All orders of $100 and under will ship at a flat $6.00 which includes professional packaging and insurance.  Artwork between $100-$1000 ships 12% to cover packaging, handling, insurance and shipping. Over $1001-$2500 add $120.00 shipping and $2501-$5000 add $185.00 to cover additional packaging and insurance. 

 

We consider the shipping address the one entered on the Pacesetter Gallery website for that purpose, and not for payment. Pacesetter Gallery is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses.

We take shipping very seriously. We want your art to arrive safe and sound. All prints are packaged in acid and lignin-free, archival safe packaging for shipment. 


International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS and UPS, except UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Africa, which ship via DHL or UPS. The actual delivery time frame will vary based on your destination and your country's customs office. Note that international orders shipped with standard delivery cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to deliver based on the country of delivery's customs office.

What is your return and refund policy?

We can refund you the full amount within 15 days of the date of sale. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. Returns must not show signs of wear or damage and they should be shipped back using the same carrier. DHL and UPS packages should be returned via the same correspondent carriers. Refunds will be issued when the artwork is received in sellable condition. 

What is the shipping cost?

$1-$100 before tax cost $6.00 flat shipping including insurance

$100-$1000 before tax cost add %12 of invoice total

$1001-$2500 add $120 shipping

$2501-$5000 add $185.00 shipping

 

**In the case that the artwork is lighter or smaller and less expensive when shipping is quoted, we will pass that discount on to the customer
