Orders will be processed in 24 hours (during business days) and shipped within 5-7 days. No cancellations once the order is processing. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. We consider the shipping address the one entered on the Pacesetter Gallery website for that purpose, and not for payment. Pacesetter Gallery is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses.
We take shipping very seriously. We want your art to arrive safe and sound. All prints are packaged in acid and lignin-free, archive safe for shipment.
We ship internationally via USPS, except UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Africa, which ship via DHL or UPS. The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country's customs office. Note that international orders shipped with standard delivery cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to deliver. We can refund you the full amount within 20 days of the date of sale. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. Returns must not show signs of wear or damage and they should be shipped back using the same carrier. DHL and UPS packages should be returned via the same correspondent carriers. Refunds will be issued when the artwork is received in sellable condition. Re-stocking fee of $20 applies.
All items are packaged securely and shipped in the continental U.S. for $10.00 for smaller works up to 30"x40" canvases. Additional shipping has been figured for larger works and will show up when you check out (between 40.00-100.00 on average depending on the size), for a select few large works shipping will not calculate on the website and you will need to call the gallery for a shipping quote as special packaging and delivery will be required.
