Ashley Cloyd lives in Clinton, Mississippi. Originally from the central coast of California, she started blowing glass in 2000 and has worked in glass studios in Missouri, California, Mississippi, and Quebec.

After starting a family and going back to college to pursue a teaching career, she eventually quit making glass creations altogether.  

In 2020, she took a pottery workshop in Twin Falls, Idaho, and fell in love with throwing pottery on the wheel.  She has lived in Clinton since 2021, creating pottery in her home and in Vicksburg.

Ashley enjoys traveling with her family and gets much of her inspiration from the artwork of different cultures, especially their vibrant colors.
