Rob Cooper

Rob Cooper is a native of Jackson, MS, who has been working with glass for more than 25 years. He was introduced to the medium of stained glass through an internship at Pearl River Glass Studio where he continues to work as head painter while his personal work is in private collections across the South and the UK.

Experimentation plays a key role in the approach Rob uses to create works in glass as he combines age old traditions with new techniques to create a hybrid of individual works. The subject matter of his art ranges from the liturgical to the natural world as well as portraiture.
